Who do you like?

Now that you've heard the whole story I'd like you to reflect on all the people in the play: the Capulet family including Tybalt; the Montague family including Benvolio; Mercutio, Paris, Friar Laurence. Which one do you like the most? I assume you like someone because they think as you think or because they have some quality you admire. Explain your choice. What made you like this person? {You may, if you wish, say that you didn't like anyone in the play but you must tell me why.}

    I like the Capulet family because they are strong. Like Tybalt he scares most of the Montague like Benvolio. Even though Tybalt died atleast he got to kill Mercutio.

    I would have to choose nobody. Why? Because no one in this book was of my type. Although I love reading this book, I feel that I did not connect with nobody. But I could say that I can almost connect with Tybalt. Because he stode up to Romeo and told him what needed to be told. He was a speaker that spoke when not asked. Although this whole story was made in the 14th centuary, I feel as this was made just yesterday. Love, is something that is important forever, and this is a great example.

    i likes juliet the most because she willl got to the extreme to be with romeo and she did and i respect her for that she was the best charecter in the whole story to me...

    I think i would like romeo because when he heard that juliet was dead he went all the way to her with when a lot of helicopter and cops were chasin him. Romeo went trhought police just to go see juliet and be with her forever.

    the person i like the most is romeo cause he shot tybalt. and did everything to be with juliet.

    i like Romeo because he a beast. He shot Tybalt cause Tybalt kill't Mercutio, and in the end he got ThaPearl (aka the girl)

    i like romioe because he killed tybal. and i like action and by kilinq tybal that was alot of action and like like the fact that romioe killed him self juliet. although she was alive and he died for no reson it was still nice.

    in romeo and juliet the character that i liked was tybalt because he was thr one that protected his cousin from getting hurt and all these other things thats why tybalt was the character that i liked

    i like romeo because not only because he is the main character but also because he he can be a cool guy but at the same time he can just turn and be a beast and such a gangster

    i like both mercutio and bonvolio becasue there both down for romeo and in a time of need there always going to have his back. that connects to me because i always have my friends back no matter what. if they need me they know that they can come to me in time of need

    The person i liked the most from Romeo and Juliet was Juliet because i liked how she didnt let people control her or tell her who she could or could not date or love. she loved Romeo and she stayed with him and she didnt care what other people said or thought. i liked how she stayed truthfull to him.

    my favorite character out of the whole book is
    the friar because he really didnt have to do anything in the story. he just made the plan and he was done. he didnt do anything wrong so he was my favorite character.

    Well i think i like Juliet even tho she not up on the question because she really likes Romeo and is really expressing her self telling Romeo what she likes and doesnt like becuase if Romeo does somethin he might not know but she might not like it so thats why i like Juliet.

    Personally i didnt like anyone in the play, because i think that this is a dull play. The play had not action or excitment that kept me at the edge of my seat as i read it, it was to predictable.

    I don't really like anyone in the play because they all did something I didn't really like. I don't lilke Romeo because he killed Tybalt and was way too attached to Juliet, I didn't like Juliet because she was too whiney and was attached to Romeo, and the Friar tries too hard and hopes too much.

    The only person I like as a character is Friar Lawrence since he is like a important person. He is the doctor and the person who makes people feel better. He made me like him because of his potions and skill with potions.

    Mercutio was my favorite person in the play. He was my favorite character in the play because he never took anything seriously like Romeo's love or even about himself dying. He just is care free and tries to turn anything bad to something people can laugh about.

    I like Romeo somewhat in the play because he was couragous throughout the play. He was also a good person as he didnt do any terrible things compared to some of the other people in the play.

    I kind of liked Juliet becuase she had a very smart mouth and stood up to hyer parents for the one she loved.
    But I didnt like Romeo becuase he killed his self for Juliet when she was never dead in the 1st place and then when she woke up she killed herself for real this time to be with him which was very stupid.

    I liked the character Mercutio.He was a different person;A joker guy.Everyone laughed at his jokes.I liked his role in play in the story.

    My favorite character in the play would have to be Benvolio. I like him because he doesn't want to fight, unlike the other characters. He tried to make peace without fighting, rather than make peace by killing everyone. He would tell the truth of what happened, and tried to make everything work out. Benvolio doesn't start any fights, which I think is a good example to follow.

    I think my favorite person in the whole Romeo and Juliet book was really no one because Romeo changed his mind about Rosaline then to Juliet. Juliet killed herself for a boy. The nurse is very dirty(bad way). Benvolio is very stupid for not knowing why Romeo was at JUliets vault. Juliets mother and father are horrible parents for making her feel like she doesn't deserve to be their parents. I mean I like the story but, I dont like the characters.

    In the play i liked Romeo because he was nice and he really loved Juliet. He even killed himself just because Juliet died.

    Tyblat: Is a hot tempered, mean, bully who's own actions caused his death.

    Benvolio: Is a nice, anti-conflict, good friend

    Mercutio: Is a smart talking, witty, joking, prankster type of guy.

    Paris: Is a awe struck wealthy, successful guy.

    Frair Laurence: Is a guy who means well, but is not very helpful. He's sort of absent minded in a way.

    Romeo: Is a hormonal teenage boy, he's passionate (about juliet),sort of on a one track mind.

    Juliet: She's a smart talker, pretty teenage girl. Emotional.

    I don't like anyone in the play, because their choices aren't the smartest. They act to much on the here and now. They seem to not even really think of the consequences all that much.

    the Montague and Capulet hate each other. they often fight and make each other angry everytime they meet. they were two young lover name romeo and juliet. romeo is a son of montague, and juliet is a duaghter of capulet. but the two family hate each other, so they had to make a secret marriage with the help of Friar Laurence and the maide. then there was a lot of fight and many people die. in this book i thik i like Mercutio, Romeo's friend. the reason i lik him is becuse he try and help his friend romeo but accidently got kill by tybalt.

    juliet dad is one of the character in the play that i didnt like in the play. the reason is that at the scene where he and juliet argue, he said that he fed and raise her up and all those stuff and now she's repaying him with nothing. i dont think that's a right way to treat your son/daughter because it's your job to feed and raise and giving that person a nice home since you're the one who brought that person into this world, so it's kind of like your responsibility to take care of that person and watch over him/her. so that's to me is just not the best solution.

    I liked Friar Lawarence the best becasue he was able to think of a plan for Romeo and Juliet. He could also make a drug that was able to knock Juliet out for a certain amount of time. He also asssist Romeo and Juliet in their plans.

    The person that I liked in Romeo and Juliet was Romeo. I liked Romeo because no matter how hard people tried to take him away from Juliet and vice versa, he stayed solid for her. Romeo stood by her and kept it real with everyone when it came down to talking about his love for her. I admore him for doing the things he did just because he loved Juliet.

    I did not like any of the people in Romeo and Juliet, but I do kind of admire Romeo. My reason is because he loves Juliet so much that he is willing to die for her.

    I like the Montague's family the most. They have I believe more well behaved people. I like Friar Laurence because of his way of trying to unite the family's and ending the feud between both family's in a peaceful solution. Other more aggreesive people would not choose this method and instead fight.

    i like romeo because he hot and sounds awsome. romeo is a true thoughtful person and he sounds like a person that would have everything under control. romeo sounds like a guy that would do anything for love and for a friendship.

    I don't like anyone in the play because I can not relate to any of them. They all do stuff that I do not like. I don't get why you would kill yourself over a guy and I think that the people that tried to help them just made it worse. They just should have minded their own business and romeo and Juliet should have told everyone that they were already married.

    i dont like any of them i would say i like paris more but i cant relate to any of them. the thing was that i felt bad for him because he really liked juliet and then he gets killed by romeo. that the only thing that i like but i really cant relate to any of the people in the story
